Pretended Beauty

Youth's bloom, a rose in morning dew, What is the use of the beauty? In the rush for flawless skin and grace, Remember, it's but a transient phase. You may not notice it until years pass. What makes a gorgeous person stunning are the words of her lover. Beauty does not know the value, it trusts the mirror. The mirror deceives the beautiful, it is the employee of time. Health, too, is a fragile gift we hold, In the grasp of fate, its story is told. With each beat of the heart, a reminder clear, That nothing lasts, not far nor near. What is the use of the beauty?  If it does not belong to you, if it is a prisoner of time.

Pretended Freedom

How are we free in a literal sense? Is it possible to say that I am an independent person and I am free? I do not think so. Even feeling free is a refreshing feeling, How could we have freedom? If the responsibility for everything we do depends on us, we cannot be free from the consequences of the decisions we make. Since each action affects the next, the path we choose follows the footsteps of our previous decision. This means that we have limited ourselves at some point. How many of us can decide with a 100 percent understanding of our society's expectations? To listen to your inner voice, you first need to be alone with yourself. But you have a family in your brain that talks before you make a decision, there are promises you made to your childhood, and there are expectations of your loved ones. Have you ever gotten rid of these and focused only on what you want? In my opinion, it is not right to say that our brains are free without being free from the pressure of society and p...

Struggle 2

Only selfish people don't get sick. Do you know why? Selfish people don't experience stress, they don't question others' feelings, and they don't get into any trouble. Being a good person in this world means that unless you make mistakes, other people's problems are on your shoulders. A good person is afraid of breaking hearts. A good person is afraid of violating someone else's rights. A good person is afraid of not meeting expectations. A good person is afraid of getting bad grades. A good person is afraid of leaving a job he doesn't like. A good person is afraid of the other person being in a difficult situation. A good person is afraid of making mistakes because he has no one to stand behind him.       In other words, a good person always lives with stress and fear. Stress harms your health, anxiety harms your mental state. If your mentality is damaged, you cannot make the right choices. If you desire to be healthy, be selfish. If you w...

Struggle 1

Is life about resisting death? Is it the art of not making mistakes in the face of pain? What does life have to say to us? It is the one who forces us to the worst path, The one who deceives in the worst way and then says you are the only one here. I'm torn now. I couldn't solve my problem anywhere, While I was looking for a cure, I fell for every medicine and drank it to my heart's content to ease my pain. The next thing I knew, I was poisoned. Now the pain of it. What was my crime, seeking a cure? Trying to convince myself that I'm happy? Mistakes I made while trying to learn what I needed? Is this how this order goes? Why do we resist then? We are subjected to so much pain to experience even one good thing. We are deceiving ourselves. This is not a life fellow, this is resisting to death.

Let's cherish what we do have, right here, right now.

We frequently become swept up in completing paperwork, looking for approval, and perhaps forgetting to stop and process everything. However, what's the deal? Every minute of every day is genuinely a treasure. And it's about time we began to handle it like such. I do not mean that be positive every minute with the smallest thing, we are human, and of course, we are ungrateful creatures of the world. However, do not forget that when you experience a day of sorrow, you will immediately miss your basic and monotonous tasks in your school or job. If you need extra drama in your life due to the boring days, just haunt a random hospital. Even the slightest health problem will make you miss your boring life. Because there is no boring day, rather there are days when you don't enjoy the little pleasures in life. These little pleasures are actually the greatest luxury of life because if such an unpredictable life hasn't caused you any bad surprises, you should just be grate...

The Liberation of Uncertainty

Isn't life too short to define an identity and belong somewhere?       A basic human desire for acceptance and connection is the need to belong. However, due to our eagerness to fit in, we often lose sight of who we are and adhere to unsuitable roles. We fear the suffering from feeling alone and abandoned in the unknown. A person gets used to the place he moves to, and gets used to the absence of his loved ones. When a person is forced and years pass, he becomes a stranger even to the house he was born in. So, what belonging are we talking about? If a human being can neutralize his most precious memories in his heart with a new person and a new city, how can this ungrateful soul remain loyal to belonging? The only thing we have left from the time that has passed mercilessly is our failure to belong. But, what if accepting uncertainty is a better option than fearing it? What if identity fluidity is actually a strength rather than a weakness?  Could it be that the esse...

The Importance of Trust and Reciprocity in Relationships

Balance in Relationships Ordu, Türkiye      In this day and age, when gaining trust is the most difficult thing, why do people fail to fulfill their responsibilities and cause their friends to lose trust? Doesn't acting disloyal scare people? Who loves you like that? The balance of giving and receiving is the most fundamental of a healthy relationship, this is valid both materially and spiritually. The coffee you ordered and the money you lent should be returned in the same way so that your credit will be high next time. You should feel the same love you receive so that you will not have difficulty giving it back.       Each connection, whether it be romantic, familial, or friendly, is built on trust. The knowledge that we can depend on one another binds us together. When this trust is violated, it can result in permanent harm and leave scars that remain long after the event. Why take a chance then?      The intricate relationship ...
